“We have a large annual event where a team of around 20 people come together from various parts of the world.  This January we used the largest meeting room in the building along with various other rooms for breakout sessions. We wanted to start our day early and this was accommodated.  The room was set up as requested.  There was a good selection of lunches/refreshments to choose from.   Parking was dealt with efficiently.  And most importantly the technology worked!”
