We have three types of offering: Private Office Space, a desk in the Formation Zone and Affiliate Membership, as well as providing all the services you would expect from a ‘managed facility’ such as:

  • 24/7 access to your space (Office and Formation Zone members)
  • A professional address for your business
  • Operational reception from Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 offering a full mail support facility
  • Free small meeting room usage
  • Access to professional meeting space at discounted rates
  • Use of communal break out space, including free Wi-Fi

Business Support Wrapper

Customers of our Centres also receive the ‘Business Support Wrapper’ that creates unique value to our offering:

  • Access to Networking, Collaboration and Business Workshop events
  • Membership of all three Innovation Centres giving you access to over 140 diverse companies with whom you can collaborate
  • Signposting to various support organisations

Office Space

Each Centre offers a selection of individual offices to rent. These vary in size from 1-2 person through to rooms large enough for 12-15 team members.

All our offices have the facility for Superfast Broadband and VOIP operated phones.

They provide the perfect, professional environment from which you can run your business. Also, with our easy in/easy out Licence Agreements there is no long-term lease, just a simple 30 day termination Notice.

Formation Zone

Each Centre is home to a Formation Zone. This is simply a desk that you rent in a communal space so you can grow your business alongside like-minded people doing the same thing.

Each desk costs £160+VAT pcm. and for that you receive your own dedicated desk (not hot desking!) along with chair and pedestal drawers – you also get your own phone and basic internet connectivity.

This really is the perfect solution for anyone who has had enough working at the dining table or who simply wants to be in an environment that is committed to business growth.

Affiliate

Becoming a Cornwall Innovation Affiliate gives you access to all the Centres’ facilities without actually having a physical space. This type of membership is perfect for people who need a professional address along with discounted access to meeting rooms and networking events to help grow their business.
