St Austell Pop-up Innovation Centre opens

Acceleration Through Innovation have this month opened their latest Pop-up Innovation Centre in St Austell, following the success of ones hosted in Bodmin and Launceston.

The new Pop-up Innovation Centre opened for business on Tuesday 10th April in Unit 15-16 at St Austell Business Park and will operate until the end of July 2018.

The Pop-up Innovation Centres are being delivered as part of the Acceleration Through Innovation programme. Led by the University of Plymouth, this is a £3 million three year ERDF project.

Working alongside businesses including the St Austell Print Company and Coodes, the modern and central location offers businesses the opportunity to network, attend workshops, use hot desks and have access to 1:1 business support.

Businesses and partnership organisations in St Austell and the surrounding areas attended the launch breakfast, with meeting rooms, desks and event spaces now available to be booked for use throughout the duration of the Pop-up Centre.

The project, in partnership with Cornwall Innovation, drives a culture of innovation, supporting businesses who are looking to adopt innovative processes or who have aspirations to bring a new product or service to the market.

ATI differentiates itself from the market by offering innovation expertise led by recognised specialists and certified innovation professionals. Working with small and medium size organisations, the programme provides employer and employee led innovation which inspires new ways of thinking whilst adding value to a business.
