Koha Architects Propose Pendower Beach Hotel Regeneration Project

Koha Architects have been developing plans for the unoccupied ‘Pink Hotel’ site at Pendower Beach on the Roseland Peninsular in Cornwall.

Following extensive public consultations and feedback received over the course of the last two years some major changes have been carried out to the proposals. This consultation continued this week with a public exhibition on site which was well attended with over 200 people visiting the display and providing their feedback.
