LetCheck has partnered with Go Tripod to deliver game-changing software for the property industry.
Based at Pool Innovation Centre, LetCheck carries out property inspections at the beginning and end of a tenancy to deliver user-friendly inventory reports that protect and support all the parties involved. Go Tripod is a small, independent software development agency specialising in CMS-driven websites, web applications & software as a service (SaaS), based in Tremough Innovation Centre.
Explaining the software, Adrian Kelly, Director of LetCheck said: “When letting agents and corporate landlords look to protect their assets, they need detailed, independent inventory reports, but wading through so much data is time-consuming for our clients. We saw a massive opportunity to change that. By partnering with Simon and the Go Tripod team, we’ve built a platform that turns complex property data into clear, actionable insights. The result? Beautiful, editable reports that make decision-making effortless. It’s a genuine first for our industry, and it’s transforming how property management gets done.”
“Being an integral part of LetCheck’s digital transformation journey has resulted in a true partnership, creating an impactful software solution which has had a far-reaching impression on the letting industry as a whole” says Simon Ashley, Director of Go Tripod. “Truly collaborative projects like this fully reflect our purpose, core values and ethos at Go Tripod.”
Matt Harrington, Head of Cornwall Innovation Centres, added: “The partnership between LetCheck and Go Tripod exemplifies the power of collaboration and innovation in Cornwall. With more than 180 businesses across our three sites, there’s a wealth of knowledge that business leaders can share and gain from one another. This project is a shining example of forward-thinking business synergy.”
