Cornwall Innovation Centres raise more than £1.4k for St Petrocs

The three Cornwall Innovation Centres have risen more than £1.4k from their Christmas quizzes and lunches.

The innovation centres (Pool, Tremough, and Health & Wellbeing) host the events for their clients each Christmas, with funds going to a nominated charity which changes every year.

This year, the recipient of the donations is St Petrocs, an independent charity working to end homelessness in Cornwall.

Matt Harrington, head of Cornwall Innovation Centres, commented: “St Petrocs offer a lifeline to so many individuals who’re struggling on the streets. It’s brilliant to be able to give back to our community, and so heart-warming to see customers at the Cornwall Innovation Centres get behind the charity fundraisers.

“I’d like to extend my thanks to everyone involved for raising such a brilliant amount of money that’ll support those who need it the most, this winter.”
