Award for Truro business coach

A business coach from Truro has won an award for ‘Best Client Results in the South West at the National ActionCOACH UK conference.

Tim Hill, MD of ActionCOACH Truro, is a former talent scout and performance coach with the Lawn Tennis Association, where he worked with a then 10-year-old Emma Raducanu and Jack Draper, who have since gone on to become successful professionals.

“The difference between sports coaching and business coaching is smaller than you may think,” said Hill.

“The reality is you must understand the direction you want to go in.  How big do you want to grow your business?  What are your financial goals? What skills do you need to improve to make this happen?  When this is clear, you can go about making a plan and then it takes discipline and a strong mindset to make it all happen – just like on the court.”
