Head of Cornwall Innovation Centres
Matt is a Chartered Surveyor and has over 40 years’ experience in the commercial property industry working in senior sales and Management Board roles specialising in managed office space and Innovation Centres.
Matt has an extensive track record in delivering performance of both private and public sector owned Innovation Centres located all over the UK. This combination of property and business expertise has provided a valuable insight into how collaborative and supportive environments can accelerate the growth of SMEs and start up enterprises.
Matt is passionate about creating commercially sustainable Innovation Centres that provide valuable business support to their customers and contribute to the long term economic value of a region.
Matt was appointed to his current role as the Head of Cornwall Innovation Centres in May 2017 and is responsible for the overall financial and contract performance of the three Cornwall Innovation Centres with the help of a magnificent team.
Matt has always maintained strong links with Cornwall after moving permanently here in 2015 and enjoys exploring the beautiful North Cornwall coastline and beaches with Fiona and their Border Collie, Poppy.
