Business Development Manager
Hayley moved to Cornwall in the summer of 2019 with her family after many years of holidays in this beautiful county. Finally deciding to take a crazy leap of faith, she gave herself, husband and mum (who came along for the journey), only 8 weeks to find work for them all, a home, a school and nursery – they did it in just 6!
Hayley joined the Cornwall Innovation Centres as the Business Development Manager in September 2021, bringing with her a wealth of experience from the hospitality industry (mainly from hotels and serviced apartments) and a real focus and passion for delivering excellence for customers, engaging in networking events and building relationships and business growth.
Outside of her working life, Hayley is a devoted mum to her 2 young children. This involves cheering on at the courtside during Tennis lessons for the next Andy Murray and being a Lego building master! She loves after school trips to the beach, eating great food and partaking in a wine club that sadly involves trying lots of wine with her husband!
