HWIC client MUTU systems are over the moon to have been shortlisted as part of the workingmums.co.uk Top Employer Awards!
MUTU systems mission is to empower mums, and that goes for everything they do and every woman they work with, their customers, employees and their partners. Making mothers feel supported in their career and through motherhood is deeply ingrained in everything that they do, they are extremely happy to have been recognised for this award.
You may have heard of flexible working, it’s a bit of a buzzword right now, but basically it means employers facilitate flexible working hours to ensure parents, and anyone that needs to work flexibly, can do so while working their hours around things like childcare, school runs, even feeding and baby’s nap times.
29 employers and their teams have been shortlisted across the categories which include SMEs, Family Support and Career Progression.
MUTU systems are in the SME (Small to medium enterprise) category. To even be considered MUTU systems had to demonstrate real commitment to work life balance practices which specifically helps working parents, such as flexible working, support on return to work from maternity leave and career development for women.
Many of the women that work for MUTU are working parents who want to combine successful careers with being a parent, they believe that it should made as easy as possible for them to be badass at both.
