The Best Estate Agency Guide is produced for the Property Academy, supported by Rightmove and is by far the largest, most comprehensive and therefore most valuable awards scheme in UK estate agency.

Every single listing, branch and agency on Rightmove has been assessed for marketing (Home Hunters Cornwall were measured for the interest each of their properties generated), performance (did the property sell and how long did it take compared to the average in their location), and service (they were mystery shopped by email and telephone)
