Helen from Mindfit Cornwall will be here on Tuesday 10th February 2026 for our monthly Wellness session. The session will run from 12.00pm to 1.00pm in Trevithick meeting room. These sessions are a general wellness hour, that include relaxation, breathwork, a gentle stretch and tone with a Pilates section. They are suitable for everyone, and
