PSG Cornwall is a very busy small business where each of our employees is key to providing the high quality service and products on which our reputation is based.

Since 2004 we have been providing conveyancing searches on properties within Cornwall to local and national solicitors, and more recently we have been providing Energy Performance Certificates and marketing tools to local Estate Agents and also expanding our business into services for Lettings Agents, Holiday Lettings, Solar Panel & PV Installers and members of the public.

According to statistics that we obtain from HM Land Registry and then run alongside our own records we are now involved in over 60% of conveyancing transactions in Cornwall. We are incredibly proud of these achievements which have been hard won in a difficult market.
