Cornwall Trade and Investment discussed with three companies as to why they opened a second branch in Cornwall and found the responses;

• A growing talent in IT and healthcare resources
• Attractive costs of commercial property
• Fibre broadband connectivity
• Favourable travel links with London and beyond
• Opportunities for a better work/life balance
• Extensive funding to support new business operations

The three companies were; King’s Service Centre, Smart Working Revolution and the London Pain Clinic.
