Cornwall Innovation Centres are looking for a new café operator!

University of Plymouth, managers of the three Cornwall Innovation Centres invite expressions of interest from local organisations in providing Café Facilities at the Health & Wellbeing Innovation Centre, Treliske, Pool Innovation Centre, Camborne & Tremough Innovation Centre, Penryn.

University of Plymouth are looking for a new café operator to provide healthy, handy lunches, tasty breakfasts, barista coffee and sweet treats to customers in the three Cornwall Innovation Centres managed on behalf of Cornwall Council.

This is a great opportunity to be the heart and soul of busy, vibrant and innovative business communities, providing food and drink Monday to Friday 0830 – 1400 (TBC)

Whether you run an existing café and looking to expand, a caterer wishing to branch into café, or a new venture, this could be the ideal opportunity to hone your craft, try new things and run a successful business in our Centres.

As the central café hub, you will be the sole food provider on site, with up to 200 people coming to work in the Centres every day. As well as the businesses in the building, we also have conference and meeting space for up to 100 people at each Centre. The on-site café will be the caterer for these events and meetings, working with the centre team to provide fresh, timely and delicious breakfasts, lunches and snacks.

Should you wish to express an interest in this opportunity, contact either the Head of Cornwall Innovation Centres Matthew.harrington@plymouth.ac.uk or our Operations Business Manager sharna.devine-forbes@plymouth.ac.uk or telephone on 01872 330034 to arrange a site visit and to find out more.

Please note: expression of interests can be to operate either one, two or all three Innovation Centre Cafes.
