We have three types of offering: Private Office Space, a desk in the Formation Zone and Affiliate Membership, as well as providing all the services you would expect from a ‘managed facility’ such as:
- 24/7 access to your space (Office and Formation Zone members)
- A professional address for your business
- Operational reception from Monday – Friday 0830 – 1700 offering a full mail support facility
- Four hours of free small meeting room use per month (Office and Formation Zone members)
- Access to professional meeting space at discounted rates
- Use of communal break out space, including free Wi-Fi

- Access to Networking, Collaboration and Business Workshop events
- Membership of all three Innovation Centres giving you access to over 140 diverse companies with whom you can collaborate
