Pink Pebble’s Jo Godolphin shortlisted for national RICS award

Jo Godolphin, founder of Pink Pebble and a customer at Pool Innovation Centre, has been shortlisted for a prestigious national award recognising excellence in the construction surveying profession.

Jo has been named a finalist in the RICS Matrics Construction Surveyor of the Year category, putting her in the running for recognition alongside established organisations and professionals from across the sector.

For Jo and the team at Pink Pebble, the nomination represents a significant achievement for an independent consultancy based in Cornwall.

Reflecting on the recognition, Jo said:

“For a small firm, it’s quite a big thing to be shortlisted against sector giants like Arcadis and EON Energy!”

Pink Pebble provides independent advice, commercial expertise and project leadership to private clients throughout the development and construction process. Its work spans a diverse range of projects, from coastal residences and heritage properties to significant residential renovations.

The business works closely with clients to provide specialist construction and commercial expertise throughout what can often be complex and challenging projects, helping them navigate the development and construction process with confidence.

Being recognised alongside much larger organisations highlights the impact that specialist, independent businesses can make within the construction sector.

The RICS Matrics Awards celebrate outstanding individuals and businesses across the surveying profession, recognising achievement, innovation and contribution to the industry.

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in Manchester in November.
