Cornwall Innovation Centres have delivered their most successful Easter fundraiser to date, raising a record £676 for Surfers Against Sewage.
This year’s campaign saw strong engagement across all three centres, with tenants, staff and local businesses coming together to support a cause that continues to grow in importance.
In total, 270 tickets were sold across Tremough, Pool and the Health & Wellbeing Innovation Centres through a simple but effective Easter Grid Game, hosted in reception areas at £2.50 per entry.
Congratulations to our winners:

Beyond the fundraising, this campaign highlights what makes Cornwall Innovation Centres different. This is not just office space, but a genuine business community that shows up, gets involved and supports something bigger.
“I love seeing our centres come together like this. Being based here isn’t just about having a place to work, it’s being part of a real community. This has been our best Easter fundraiser yet, and it’s great to be able to support Surfers Against Sewage through it” – Cat Allinson, Business Development Manager
“Thank you to Cornwall Innovation at the University of Plymouth for fundraising an incredible £676.00 for Surfers Against Sewage. In this vital year for water quality, your support fuels our fight for cleaner rivers and coastlines, empowers communities to hold polluters to account, and strengthens our mission to restore the ocean for everyone.” – Hugh Elworthy Community Fundraising Officer
The work of Surfers Against Sewage has never been more critical. We are proud to play a small part in supporting their efforts to protect our coastlines.
A huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped make this our most successful Easter fundraiser yet.
