Business Development Manager

Cat joined the Cornwall Innovation Centres in 2025 as Business Development Manager, bringing with her a wealth of experience in business growth, strategic partnerships, and innovation-led project development. Having spent over a decade in senior leadership roles across the marine, technology and advanced manufacturing sectors, she has a proven track record of driving sustainable growth through collaboration, investment, and market expansion.

At Cornwall Innovation, Cat’s focus is on developing new commercial opportunities, strengthening relationships with partners and stakeholders, and supporting the growth of businesses within the three Centres. She is responsible for increasing occupancy, enhancing member engagement, and building initiatives that add long-term value to the regional innovation ecosystem.

Outside of work, Cat enjoys climbing, camping, and exploring Cornwall’s hidden beaches with her family.
