The CIC Strategy Day – at Tremough Innovation Centre

Kicking off on Wednesday 21^st January 2026, Rebecca Loto will lead a strategy day for business owners and decision makers. This event is exclusive for our clients in the three centres. You will ensure you have firm business foundations, looking at the purpose of your business, your mission, and your values, to ensure business growth for the year ahead. Increasing revenue, ensuring cashflow is stable, teams are happy, while your processes are streamlined, so you have more free time, are some of the topics to be covered.

This is a peer learning experience where you will be inspired by others in the room and in turn inspire them. Chatham House rules apply, so confidentially is ensured and allows you to speak freely about your business challenges and wins.

You will leave with crystal clear clarity on your goals for the new year and an action plan for Q1 2026. You will feel calm and organised. The overwhelm, which so often plagues business owners and leaders, will be gone as you will have laser focus on the tasks that are important to ensure business success, while considering your wellbeing, to give you a strong confident start to the new year.

N.B. This is a complementary event exclusive to Cornwall Innovation Centre clients and for that reason, please note final numbers will go to the events team to organise catering by Monday 19^th January at 10am.
