Location:                    Health and Wellbeing Innovation Centre, Treliske, Truro

Hours:                        08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday             

Parking:                      On site free parking

You will be an important member of a small team based at the Health & Wellbeing Innovation Centre in Truro who provide high quality administrative services to our diverse range of customers who are either based at the Centre or visit us to use our meeting and conferencing facilities.

This will primarily involve delivering high quality front of house duties associated with operating a multi occupied modern office facility.

These tasks include but are not limited to the meeting and greeting of customers and visitors and managing parking and access arrangements, managing visiting contractors and suppliers whilst ensuring compliance with local Health and Safety procedures. In addition you will maintain our customer database and assist when necessary in facilitating customer meetings and events

As the first customer contact point you will be expected to respond to day to day queries and requests in a helpful and appropriate manner and escalate any issues to the Centre Administrator or Operations Manager when necessary.

You will be responsible for assisting with the induction of new Innovation Centre customers that includes setting up IT accounts, ID card access, printer access, phone access and other similar administrative duties.

You will maintain day-to-day office and communal kitchen supplies, distribute incoming post and ensure that outgoing customer post is franked and ready for collection. You will be asked to respond to customer and supplier correspondence, enquiries, and emails as appropriate to assist with the smooth running of the Centre.

The successful candidate for this role will be expected to be able to demonstrate high levels of customer service either in an existing or previous role
