DESCRIPTION:Helen from Mindfit Cornwall will be here on Tuesday 10th February 2026 for our monthly Wellness session. \nThe session will run from 12.00pm to 1.00pm in Trevithick meeting room. \nThese sessions are a general wellness hour\, that include relaxation\, breathwork\, a gentle stretch and tone with a Pilates section. \nThey are suitable for everyone\, and Helen will be joined by Sally for all these sessions\, who will be offering mini massages. \nIf you cannot make the full hour\, please feel free to drop in for the time that you can. \nTo book your space\, please email on: picevents@plymouth.ac.uk
