Sentics Customer Care Ltd provides virtual receptionist and contact centre services to small and medium businesses. It was formed in early 2021 during the global COVID-19 pandemic. We recognised that businesses needed resilience in their operating model. They needed to be able to support customers whatever unexpected surprises life threw at them. Most of our operations are virtual, with quality control in our virtual contact centres built-in from the start. This offers all the resilience of a decentralised model but with a focus on high quality customer care and consistency in our offering at affordable prices. Sentics aims to work in partnership with small and medium businesses to always conduct their business with ease & support their business growth.
